Key Ingredients

  • Aventurine Crystals: a crystal known for its soothing, harmonizing energy. Known as the "stone of opportunity", the energy of green aventurine has been used for promoting hopefulness and helping to dissolve irritation, stress, and nervousness. 
  • Chamomile Flowers: A long-used herb for calming the skin as well as the mind. Also used traditionally to promote sleep. 
  • Ylang Ylang Flower Oil: An essence that helps you feel more balanced, as well as helps to decrease stress. A wonderful oil that is used to relieve tension - both physical and emotional. 
  • Blood Orange Oil: An oil that is cheerful and uplifting while also being relaxing and calming. Can help to reduce heart rate.

 

Directions

Apply to body skin, paying special attention to relaxation zones: inner wrists, chest, back of neck, and soles of feet. Pat feel with a dry towel to avoid slipperiness.
